Aussie Motor Group stands behind the quality of the products and services we provide.

This Warranty & Product Support Policy explains our approach to product warranties, warranty claims and product issues.

This policy operates alongside, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where a product or service does not meet the applicable consumer guarantees.

The availability or expiry of a manufacturer’s or voluntary warranty does not remove or reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products sold by Aussie Motor Group may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.

Where applicable, the manufacturer’s warranty terms will apply in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty periods and conditions may vary between products and manufacturers.

Please refer to the warranty information supplied with your product or contact us if you require clarification.

3. Aussie Motor Group Warranty

Where Aussie Motor Group provides an express warranty for a particular product or service, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

An express warranty is additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Aussie Motor Group and provide:

We may request additional information to help assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may need to inspect the product before determining the appropriate resolution.

5. Assessment

Aussie Motor Group may assess a product to determine:

Where required, the product may need to be returned for inspection.

6. Installation

Where installation is required, customers should ensure that installation is carried out correctly and, where appropriate, by a suitably qualified professional.

Incorrect installation, modification or alteration may cause problems with the product.

However, the existence of an installation issue does not automatically remove any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Each claim will be assessed based on the circumstances.

7. Modifications and Alterations

Products that have been modified, altered, repaired or otherwise changed may be affected by applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

Customers should contact Aussie Motor Group before undertaking significant modifications or repairs where reasonably possible.

This does not exclude or limit consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear, deterioration caused by ordinary use, or damage caused by misuse may not be covered by a voluntary warranty.

Examples may include damage resulting from:

Each situation will be assessed individually.

9. Automotive and Vehicle-Specific Products

Some AMG products are designed for specific vehicles or applications.

Customers should confirm vehicle compatibility before installation.

Where compatibility information is available, customers should provide accurate vehicle details when ordering.

If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing or installing the product.

10. Warranty Remedies

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a remedy may include:

Where a product has a major failure, the remedies available to the customer will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
