These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all products and services provided by Aussie Motor Grp. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 We specialise in high-quality interior retrimming and restoration services for classic Land Rover Defenders and Porsches.
1.2 All work is carried out with attention to detail, using premium materials and craftsmanship.
1.3 Any timeframes provided for completion are estimates and may be subject to change based on project requirements.

2.1 A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
2.2 All invoices must be paid in full before the release of the vehicle or interior components.
2.3 Late payments may incur interest or storage fees if applicable.

3.1 All interiors, components, and materials supplied by Aussie Motor Grp. remain our property until full payment is received.
3.2 If the interior is installed in a vehicle, we retain ownership over both the installed components and the vehicle they are attached to until payment is made in full.
3.3 Until ownership is transferred, you must not sell, transfer, or encumber the vehicle or interior components in any way.
3.4 In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to remove our interior components or take legal action to recover outstanding debts.

4.1 We stand by our workmanship and offer a 1 year warranty on materials and installation, covering defects but excluding wear and tear or misuse.
4.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle defects, improper maintenance, or modifications done by third parties.
4.3 Liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

5.1 Vehicles must be collected within a 1 week of project completion unless otherwise arranged.
5.2 Storage fees may apply for uncollected vehicles beyond this period.

6.1 Orders cannot be canceled once work has commenced.
6.2 Any requested modifications after work has started may incur additional costs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., New South Wales, Australia], and any disputes will be handled in accordance with local legal procedures.
